As the owner and director of our studio, Ricardo's journey began in South Florida, where a decade of competitive dance laid the foundation for a dazzling career spanning Las Vegas to Tokyo, including performances with Sigfried and Roy and Tokyo Disneyland. Beyond his illustrious performance career, Ricardo has been shaping the next generation of dancers since he was 15, with his students achieving top honors nationwide and landing roles in prestigious shows and companies around the globe. His leadership and passion for dance continue to inspire excellence within our studio walls and beyond.

Brandy Revennaugh
IN2IT Assistant Director | 2Tots | Technique
Miss Brandy embarked on her dance journey at the tender age of three in her native Indiana. After completing her collegiate studies, she founded and operated her own dance studio in Indiana, where she nurtured talent for two decades. Under her guidance, Dancers Edge achieved numerous accolades, and many of her proteges have gone on to dance professionally with prestigious companies worldwide or pursue advanced training in renowned college programs. In 2019, Miss Brandy relocated to sunny Florida, where she has since brought her extensive expertise to PE2, teaching a diverse array of dance styles with unwavering enthusiasm and dedication.

Allie Cawthorne

Alexandra, who started dancing at age two, has earned national titles like “Teen Dance Diva USA” and accolades across the country. After training at Trinity Laban Conservatory in London, she became a celebrated choreographer and director of dance, creating an award-winning children’s competition team. Her work has been recognized in "Dance Spirit Magazine," and her students have advanced to prestigious programs and Broadway careers. Currently, Alexandra focuses on choreographing for competitions and college auditions, alongside judging dance competitions nationally.

Amy Tanner
Theatre Academy Artistic Director | Voice Teacher
Amy Tanner, a distinguished voice, speech, and musical theatre professor at Lynn University, boasts a rich history in education and performance. With previous roles at the New World School of the Arts and American Heritage School, her students have excelled, becoming state champions and performing on Broadway and national tours. Amy, also known as Amy Miller Brennan on stage, is a celebrated actress with two Carbonell Awards and notable roles in productions like "Little Shop of Horrors" and "RENT." With an MFA from The Actors Studio/New School, she is a vital force in South Florida's performing arts scene, deeply committed to nurturing young talent and enhancing the vibrancy of the arts.

Lisa is a professional dancer with a diverse career that has taken her across the globe. She has graced the stages of renowned production shows, dancing alongside iconic magicians Siegfried and Roy, as well as appearing in their biopic IMAX movie. With a passion for movement and expression, Lisa has captivated audiences in Japan, the Caribbean, and prestigious venues such as MGM Grand, Foxwoods Casino, and resident shows for Rick Thomas at the Tropicana. Her talent and versatility have led to exciting opportunities, including touring Internationally with Sesame Street Live and dancing aboard Cruise ships. Lisa's dynamic performances have been featured on numerous TV specials, showcasing her exceptional skill with entertainers Debbie Allen, Emanuel Lewis and Bill Irwin. Lisa continues to inspire and entertain audiences with her passion for dance and unwavering commitment to her craft.

Holly Ryder
Contemporary
Holly Ryder is a South Florida based instructor and choreographer focusing mainly on contemporary movement and improvisation. Since becoming certified as a yoga instructor, she has developed a class that emphasizes body awareness and transitions from yoga based warm-ups to full improvisational movement and phrase work. She is a current guest faculty for Artists Simply Human convention and is the curator of her own South Florida based workshop series, The Dive, which provides dancers with in depth time to learn from industry professionals creators. She is also guest faculty at Broadway Dance Center in NYC. Teaching has taken her around the country, as well as Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Canada.

Description goes hereMs. Kirsten, also known as Miss Pickles, has dedicated 13 years to teaching dance and theater, beginning her artistic journey at just 2 years old. Her background includes competing in dance, gymnastics, and figure skating, achieving gold medals and high scores, alongside starring in lead roles such as Sandy in "Grease" and Carlotta in "Phantom of the Opera." Transitioning into directing, she has helmed productions for young actors, including "Annie" and "Frozen," at venues like the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Passionate about mentoring the next generation, Ms. Kirsten excels in choreographing competitive dance pieces and teaching a variety of styles from ballet to hip hop.

Trina Jennings
Ballet
Trina Jennings launched her ballet career at Leigh Franklin Academy, guided by Victoria Leigh and James Franklin, and further honed her skills on a full scholarship at Houston Ballet and Harid Conservatory. As an apprentice at Ballet Florida, Ruth Petrinovic inspired her to pursue a professional path, leading to significant roles at Richmond Ballet and a return to Ballet Florida, where she performed a range of classical and modern ballets. Trina has served as a guest artist, coach, instructor, and choreographer across the U.S., collaborating with entities like The Palm Beach Opera and Richmond Ballet. Her profound experiences with distinguished teachers and choreographers have deeply influenced her teaching approach. Certified as a Gyrotonic® Instructor in 2014, Trina advocates for the method’s ability to enhance movement and aid in injury recovery, promoting flexibility, strength, and energy rejuvenation.

As a respected camp director for Performance Edge 2 and other notable programs, Shane has mentored thousands of young performers, believing in the transformative and inspirational power of theatre to unlock their full potential.

With over a decade of regional performance across the U.S., Alexandra's dynamic career encompasses teaching roles at acclaimed theaters and dance companies, showcasing her diverse skills in dance, singing, acting, and choreography.

Kailena Van de Nes, a distinguished choreographer with roots in Canada, Brazil, and Nova Scotia, has enriched the dance world with her broad expertise and multicultural experiences. After leading KV Dance Studio in Canada's capital for 15 years, she relocated to Boca Raton, Florida, with her family and pets. Kailena's extensive dance background spans over 35 years, training in a variety of styles worldwide, and is now focused on teaching dance, flexibility, and Acrobatics in Florida, in addition to virtual training across North America and adjudicating dance competitions. Her certifications include Acrobatic Arts, Zumba, ADAPT, and Alixa Flexibility, showcasing her commitment to dancer safety and career longevity. Beyond dance, Kailena's diverse interests include speaking multiple languages, photography, and aviation, reflecting a life as dynamic and multifaceted as her dance instruction.

Cheryl Wallach, born in New York, began her dance training with classical ballet at the Martha Merideth School of Dance. She then focused her attentions to jazz dance, studying with Phil Black in New York City, the London Dance Centre, London, England, and The Zawacki School of Dance in Great Neck, NY. Cheryl has a degree from the University of Maryland where she trained and performed in numerous productions, as well as choreographed for the University Dinner Theater. Cheryl’s professional credits include performing at the nationally acclaimed Gateway Playhouse, Bellport, NY, The Zawacki Dance Company, Great, NY, and Ernesto Productions Music Videos. She is happy to be a part of the Performance Edge 2 staff and pass her love for jazz dance on to a new generation.

Sheri Moore Nikitas, a seasoned dance instructor from Boca Raton, Florida, has been nurturing talent since 1987, specializing in ballet, pointe, jazz, and more, with positions at Art of Dance and the Professional Children's School among others. Her earlier career saw her performing in high-profile shows such as "The Wiz" and with the Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Company II, alongside notable appearances in concerts and at the Kennedy Center. Sheri, who is certified in Cecchetti Classical Ballet and holds an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy, has been recognized with numerous awards for her choreography, marking her as a distinguished figure in the dance community.

Training under luminaries in the dance world and showcasing his competitive edge at World of Dance events, Derek has collaborated with top artists like Ozuna and Kendrick Lamar, contributing to high-profile performances and music videos. Beyond dance, he has made a significant impact as a social media influencer, amassing 1.7 million followers, and has explored talents in music production, acting, and hosting, making him a versatile figure in the entertainment industry.
